The Dodo blown glass coffee table is made using the ancient Balloton technique, characteristic of the traditions of the Murano master glassmakers.
The body of the Dodo glass coffee table features a three-dimensional pattern of criss-crossing rhombi, obtained from a metal mould. As a result of blowing, the tips inside the mould shape the molten glass and produce the characteristic facetted effect of the balloton process. In the upper part, a mandala pattern is created, slightly off-centre at the point where the mould's rhombi join, creating a pattern that resembles flower petals or the perfect patterns of Buddhist tradition with which nature expresses its magnificence.
The optical effect is spectacular, further accentuated by the shades in the coloured crystal coffee table. The light reverberates across the even patterns, producing a soft, delicate effect.
The three supports that form the legs have a sharp appearance that contrasts with the roundness of the designer table. This detail also contributes to the overall effect of retro flair adapted to the contemporary style. This coffee table is an expression of the magnificence of handcrafted glasswork.

The coloured glass floor lamp Wanted is crafted using the ancient Balloton technique, typical of the craft tradition of the Venezia glass masters.
The elements of this balloton lamp are characterised by a three-dimensional pattern of crossed rhombuses, obtained from a metal mould. The points inside the mould, following the blowing process, mould the molten glass and create the typical facetted effect of balloton work.
The optical effect is spectacular, further accentuated by the shading of the coloured glass. The light reverberates through the regular ripples and gives a soft, delicate effect.
This crystal floor lamp consists of different lampshades on top of each other, encircled by transparent rings, which seems to be holding a malleable and flexible material, rather than the hard crystal. Such is the grandeur of hand-worked glass, able to provide gracefulness and a persuasive soul to the cold, rigid material.
